AT THE END. DON'T LOOK AT EACH OTHER LIKE THAT. So. Cute.
Second video, via a different website (: this one may take longer to load, so give it a few minutes. I love this one!
Here are some quotes from and interview with Heller regarding Jisbon and the finale:

Fortunately, before season six eve premiered, executive
producer Bruno Heller promised "The Mentalist" fans that "a new
side of the relationship between Jane Lisbon" would be revealed by the
season finale.
"Now that Red John is gone, both Jane and Lisbon are sort of
physically free to wake up and look around and what they see when they wake up
from that nightmare is each other. And how that relationship develops and how
they sort of start working out who they are to each other is a big part of how
the rest of this season unfolds."
In a different interview, Heller explained
that now that Red John is gone, Jane is forced to finally acknowledge his
feelings for Lisbon
as well as the rest of his personal life.
"Red John was a
convenience for Jane because it meant he didn't have to confront the rest of
his life and what he's doing," the EP told The Hollywood
Reporter. "After [Red John] goes, for both Lisbon and Jane, there is a palpable sense
of, 'What now? Do I really want to continue doing the same thing?'"
Heller added, "It left the two of them without an excuse
to decide where that relationship was going. They had always been able to keep
it separate. Those questions start bubbling up and the rest of the season was
the resolution of those questions."

Okay, NOW I'm reassured. JISBON. I NEED THE JISBON.
